The Pointe at South Mountain

This place is terrible!!! Infested with ROACHES!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE THESE 5 star ratings are FAKE. Can’t you see how they compliment the staff in all the “good” reviews. Don’t buys it stay away from this place there isn’t anything luxury about it. They delete bad reviews. But the bad are the REAL. I can’t wait to get out of here, if you move here you gotta buy a lot or bug spray. I shouldn’t known, the first thing I saw when I moved in day one was a roach in the dish washer. Living next the street is loud as hell, sure good view but expect to be woken up by honking and sirens all throughout the day. This is the WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I lived at Pointe for 2 years, and new ownership started the 2nd year of my lease. First and most importantly they gave me my full security deposit back after my stay. The maintenance team was immediate to take care of every work order I submitted, and they keep the lot clean. No junky cars with flat tires, they tow the stuff that needs towing, which I appreciate. The location is incredible for access to South Mountain trails, my morning routine I'd walk onto south mountain every day, by far one of my favorite parts about living there. There is also AZ Grand Resort which is a beautiful golf course, and restaurant that is in the back yard of the complex that is also really nice to walk and see a sunset. It's close to any major freeway and is centrally located. The complex is kind of small unlike some others I've been to where you literally can't find any guest parking. There is usually always enough parking. The office staff is cool too, they hosted community events, (halloween costume contest, ice cream by the pool), to get the community involved. Inside of my apartment was great, everything worked, I never had any plumbing or electrical issues. AC worked great. I'm a huge fan of the Pointe at South Mountain because of the Office, Maintenance, and location.

Overall, this upcoming apartment, Lovely place. Management is professional and great, Very responsive. This is what luxury apartments needs to be like that. Inside is amazing, very done up and nicely put together.
