Hello, I continue to see roaches in my unit and it is very frustrating. Ive had the exterminator come every month since Ive lived here and I have had enough of seeing them. This is just from this past week. Please let me know how you plan on solving this problem, like I said it is very frustrating and Im not happy about living with roaches!

This is a nice set of buildings and a great place to live. A new management company, BH Management, took over several months ago, and they have been adding quite a number of amenities. Some are good, some seem almost worthless. I do know that many people have moved here in the past because of relatively low rents, and many of us have concerns about how adding all these "improvements" will affect future rents. I have talked to a couple long-term people recently that said their rental rate was raised a lot, and they moved out as a result. There has been a lot of noisy (and unnecessary) construction here since the start of 2023; and they didn't seem to be aware of SRP rules regarding digging around pad transformers. The previous management company, Chamberlin, wasn't perfect, but I preferred having lower rents and not quite so many amenities, and that was the case with them. Note- on the plus side, the current management does fix things promptly, the maintenance team is good. If BH Management had NOT been adding so many so-called improvements to the property, I would give them 4 or 5 stars. Note also that they had tried to force people to sign a lease addendum in the middle of their lease, then acknowledged it was optional.
