Went to go look at the apartments. I think it's a beautiful place! I felt really secure with the gated community. I like the options they have for the floor plans. The pool is beautiful... There is a hot tub, a gym, they even have a community room with a TV, computers, a pool table. Akila was super kind she had an answer to every question I had. The property is kept really clean so kudos to the maintenance men for that. I'm really glad I picked here.

I tried getting an apartment and the desk guy and the assistant manager both gave me wrong information costing me 300$ and 3 days of life that I cant get back. Property manager states theyre new so why arent they supervising them teaching what actually to do

I moved here in the middle of the summer only to find out that my apartment unit didn't have working A/C. Maintenance was pretty fast in getting the issue fixed, but I did have to spend 1.5 days without A/C in 100+ degree weather (they did give some fans to blow air). In general, the property is pretty nice for the price in the city. I've mostly had positive interactions with the staff, though I did get some weird accusations from management that I was "pouring water on people" from my balcony. When I called back, not only was it impossible from the unit I was living in at the time, but they also requested to enter my unit to ensure that there wasn't a water leak or something. Parking can be very crowded here, and while there is assigned parking, I constantly ran into the issue of other tenants/visitors parking at my parking space, leaving me stuck in my car with no other spaces available at times. Management did try to help me by giving me towing company numbers.
