I think communication is key.
I was upset at first, until I started communicating what my mothers needs were & after that, they took care of my mother very well.
Julie one of the LPNs was awesome.
She had a lot of knowledge & extra information.
Donna Director of Nurses, She was very
Helpful, Accommodating, & Personable.
Thank you for listening & helping my mother.
I really appreciate their kindness.

My mother and I were touring facilities in the East Valley for a loved one post surgery. The lack of professionalism here is discouraging to say the least. The woman from the office on the right was beyond rude with so little as an introduction. Immediately upon walking in I felt that this woman was judgmental and prejudicial. There is no place for an admissions associate to assert their own negative opinions about a families medical coverage. The facility is contracted by Medicare (WellCare) as a provider. A family does not need her opinion, nor to be treated like second class citizens. Saying that they are absolutely the worst to work with is grossly inappropriate. If 30 seconds with this person is any representation of Mi Casa, it is clear that they have no respect or appreciation for veterans.
