There seems to be no limit to how people will hurt other people and prosper off the aged for personal gain.

My mom was there for 3 months and received awful cared. We were lied to numerous times about the treatment from the staff. The owner profesed to care and yet the staff ignored her a lot. Mom tried to tell us and we thought it couldn't be true and unfortunately it was. We talked to several residents that said it wasn't as it seemed on the surfaces. Promises, no follow through and lies. We feel sorry for those left and relatives that believe what they hear. We are so sorry we put her there. She was so depressed living there she's gave up her will to live.

I think it's a nice place, clean, but I don't see much diff in there & regular nursing home facility. EXCEPT the PRICE!! Most, if not all facilities have Alzheimer's, Dementia & other *Specialty wings, locked units(only the main door to that wing not anywhere else!)for *wanderers & such. & another PLUS is they're @ least $35,000 cheaper! Another PLUS- they let the people interact a lot more with each other & that's @ least SOME enrichment for residents that don't care for TV, can't see puzzles etc. I've seen patients sit alone in the dining room, pushed up to the big table in case they tried to stand up- u can see that 10 chair table from everywhere but the bathroom, & other than bathroom breaks they sat, ALONE, unless @ mealtimes, from approximately 7-8a to 7-8p. DEFINITELY not worth the bill$ !!! I thought it'd be more 1 on 1 there, @ least sometimes anyway! They should try to get the patients involved with something-anything-they enjoy! I know it's a very nice clean place, but life is MORE than that! Maybe they should hire somebody to get to know the patients, their likes & dislikes, or simply to walk around & sit, chat, or JUST sit with them for a few minutes! Even that would be SOMETHING! Right? Surely they have $ enough to hire a couple people for that job- u would maybe be able to find Volunteers, matter of fact I'm sure of it! I just feel bad for the little handful of patients sitting silently day in & out...... that's all

As a worker here .when I was Hired here they knew from the word get go that I could only work here sun- thur because I have school and I was told right after the ED was gone and a Knew one came in that I would have to work 2weekends in a row .well they cry how bad they need people to work but don't care to find a better solution other then to stay or leave very sad management as well as the RCC that doesn't know what she's doing a lot of pre-poor meds when there's only nine people there why do you need to pour pre-meds that is very dangerous. they yell at you they demean you as co-workers. That's a very sad place to be working The original two that are there they need re-coaching and readjusting because they don't belong there they're very demeaning before they sold it to somebody else a new management owns it Residenst are very loving people.
