id give them no stars if i could. the staff is negligent at best. if you do actually catch them and they happen to interact with you, youre met with a horrible attitude and dismissed. my family had the unfortunate experience of coming here out of necessity, but please avoid here if you can.

STAY AWAY!! The staff are VERY rude to visitors and residents. They speak to you in a very condescending way. My grandmother had a stroke & is on a feeding tube and she had asked them for warm water and the woman responded saying you wont speak to me that way, Im in a hurry I have a job to do that is absolutely DISGUSTING for a staff member to say. Dont work there if you speak so rudely to people who are there for help. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Last time she was there she got Covid! Never again! Edited to add: the caregivers had told my grandmother to pee in the bed so they didnt have to take her to the bathroom, that is absolutely disgusting. When taking her out due to the abusive behavior/nature of this facility, they REFUSED to give us a copy of the signed AMA or her discharge papers from the hospital. The staff tried to accuse me of stealing their wheelchair when it was my grandmothers. The male nurse(Glenn) talked to me very condescendingly asking are u going to bring back **MY** chair? They give you rude looks when youre there. Stay far away from these people. The front desk people are also very petty and wouldnt give us paperwork, and wanted their visitor sticker back that they have a whole roll of This all happened within UNDER 24 hours of my grandma getting there, I cant imagine what those poor residents deal with that are there longer.

If you want a family member to get better DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! Facility is old, dirty and reeks. When someone important comes around the Lysol spray comes out in full force to cover up the stench in there. Rooms are dirty and no central HVAC. Rooms have window units that barely work. TVs do not work and or every remote is lost so no one can watch tv in their rooms. The food my grandpa had to eat looked like it belonged in a pigs trough. Who gives an elderly person a huge plate of cheap pork and beans and thats it! My grandfather rang staff 2x in his first day there and over 90 minutes each time to even ask him if he was ok. We thankfully got him out of there in less than 24hrs. He asked to die in there because the place is so depressing. So, in response the staff said he needed anti-depressants! Are you kidding me. They said my grandfather was fine when I went the next morning to get him out of there. He was not fine! He had a small stroke and his lungs were full of fluid and he could barely breathe. Getting him out of there saved his life! The staff fought us checking him out and was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were very rude to the EMTs transporting him to the hospital and were told by the EMTs to get out of the room and let them do their job. They were so persistent to hide their wrong doings and keep my grandfather from talking. Getting my grandfathers stuff under his bed there were piles of hair balled up and some much debris like it had never been cleaned before. Getting my grandfather to a real Dr saved his life and he is now doing so much better. They tried to put him on depression drugs as a way to treat him!!! Never bring someone you love here. Believe ALL the negative reviews here!

Staff is rude to patients and family alike. Treat patients as if they are a nuisance. Dont take your loved one here if you want quality care. A kennel takes better care of dogs than this place does to human beings

My uncle was mistreated and uncared here, they treated him as a if he was a waste of there time. Super rude super unprofessional don't come here
