      image My father died at a Koala Care home on July 1, 2016. I paid the July rent prior to my father's death. I am still waiting on a refund from Koala Care 8 months after his death. They do not return repeated phone calls. They do not respond to emails. DO NOT leave your love ones in the care of someone who will STEAL your money when you need it to bury your parent.
