If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They flat out lie to you and don't offer ANY help at all. I called several times for help on different things and always got a candid answer. I found out that they do offer overdraft protection but, they give a zero dollar limit. I was never told this. Why even offer this if you can not use it. I contacted support and they did not care at all. Don't use this fake bank.

sat 1/6/24 245-3pm went there after walmart to get change tgey wouldnt even give me change unless had account there. Thats terrible customer service policy i wont be taken my personal or business releted accounts ever on the future.
Your a bank change notes thats ur only job is handle money

I used CashApp to transfer funds from my other bank account to my account with 1st Con only to find out from the Agent, it can take 1 to 3 days to post in your account. Used Zelle once but got charged a wire transfer fee when zelle is supposed to be free. I have two bills due today that I need cashiers checks for, but I can't access my funds. This has caused a major financial hardship.
Had to edit: they can not locate any funds using the transaction i.d. like all other banks can.
