First Fidelity Bank - Mesa

This is the way a bank is suppose to be. They work with you and your business. Yes they are small but you are not just a number. Each account is opened by them personally and everything is laid out. Most of their customers they know on first name basis. If you are just looking for an account and don't care about working with real people, maybe it is not for you. Other big banks have removed money, made up fees and taken days to credit a deposit. This is an honest Bank where they care about the people who bank with them and don't jack you around about your money.

Was cashing one of their own checks and Charged me $5 because I don't have account with them. Check cashing places charge less. No Bueno.

I just opened an account 5 days ago and Im already closing my account u dont get a temporary dept card and cant access the atm bc its inside the bank I get off at 7 and I have no access to my money till Thursday this is bulls**t
