        I saw the bad reviews and chanced it! It was a big mistake. I got a trainee with a trainer with her and I was opening a new account. And the trainee started talking to me real snarly sounding like she didn't want to be at work today. So I asked a question and she got rather loud and seemed annoyed. She was talking to me like I was in an interrogation room in a police station. How funny, I use to be a cop. So when she was done, I asked, "Would like to tell me about Navy federal Credit Union?" At that point I was so annoyed I got up and left. I never saw something so uninviting and what a first impression. The lady would be ideal for prison guard work.
