I had labs done the end of April at this site. The phlebotomomist , Jennifer, was amazing.
The issue I experienced was that two doctors ordered the same tests. At the front desk, the person that took my lab orders said she would make sure that both doctors were sent results from one test. She had me complete paperwork in order to do this.
I received the outcomes of test and one doctor also commented on results. So I assumed everyone had results. I went to the other doctor today and they had Not received results. Luckily, I pulled them up on my phone.
When I called Sonora to let them know what has happened so that the process would be reviewed and employees would be educated on process for betterment of customer service...
I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I was not given managers name and contact information.
I called back and requested managers name and contact information. Again put on hold for 14 minutes.
The first employee said,"so you want to make a complaint" to which I answered no, I want to express concern for the process so this does not happen to anyone again.
Short of going into office and getting the information off the wall, this will not be given to me.
What happened to days of wanting to do your best. Having a doctors appt without labs is of no good to anyone.
Patients get list in shuffle .
Very poor customer service and lack of appropriate dissemination of labs to doctor who ordered labs.
It is not my place to do what lab is being paid to do.
Sad state of affairs.

Greeted immediately, easy kiosk check-in, friendly communication at front desk. Sandra was very kind and professional, and very smooth and quick with the blood draw.
Parking lot is very self-explanatory. Between Google maps and this parking lot, it was easy to find. Also good arrows and signage to navigate inside.
Highly recommend.
