Amazing place to live at! The amenities and activities this complex offers for their residents month to month is wonderful. Beautiful apartments and complex all around. They answer and solve my concerns or needs in a matter of time. Easy application process and nothing bad to say here. Happy to liv here!

This place creates unpaid expenses after you move out and has some extremely terrible upper management tactics to squeeze out as much money as possible towards the end. Terrible. The amenities arent worth hassle trying to battle them for years on end.

4 years and counting and nothing bad to say. This place has great staff, the best amenities and best maintenance team! They respond typically within 15 to 30 minutes and fix your problem immediately. My AC went out for the first time in 4 years and they quickly brought a nice big temp ac cooler until it could be fixed....which took less than 24 hours and that was only because we had to wait for a part. Everything is included in rent......except SRP, which is amazing! Internet pre-wired through all the walls and wifi set up is fantastic if you work from home. So much more to say but that's all for now!

We have absolutely loved living at liv northgate. The jungle gym is perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The people we have met here will be life long friends. Every time we need a maintenance request done the team is on it pretty quickly and does everything they can do help or fix whatever is needed. The one thing that is difficult is how much rent increases every time we sign a lease because we dont want to leave but life just keeps getting more expensive. And also for having to pay money to get dog DNA I wish the place had less dog poop. We are grateful to have this place to call home and after the management changed a couple years ago things have gotten so much better and all the amenities are wonderful especially the kids and group stuff. The breakfasts are wonderful. Thank you for making our home such a wonderful place
Have to update to a 1 star because they tried to kick us out in 2020 right after the pandemic started because my 2 year old was too loud for the people under us during waking business hours. They had lawyers threatening us. Forced me out and found out they did the same thing to a single mom with a developmentally delayed teenager. Not right, unethical and in the end my case wasnt sound. They sent incorrect info to us with the lease changed and thank God I had the original to fight. Mind you this was happening right after the pandemic started. I didnt feel safe in our apartment. They accused me of things I didnt do and tried their hardest to evict us. They didnt win we left on our own accord. Never live here Im warning you. Looks nice on the outside but our apartment was infested with crickets. So sad. No wonder they cant keep management around.

The Live Northgate property is a great place to live! We have been very happy here. The staff are personable, work diligently to answer questions and do what they can when problems come up. The maintenance crew are quick to respond to our requests and there have never been maintenance issues they couldn't take care of in a timely and efficient manner.
The fact it is a gated community and the amenities offered are among the reasons we made our decision to live here. There are multiple pools and a hot tub: bonus points that they are salt water pools. There is a splash pad and play area for children, a dog park, basketball/pickleball, volleyball, and cornhole areas. A car wash and bike station are provided for convenience to the residents. The gym and yoga rooms are adequate. The Hub offers coffee and tea as well as large TV screens, two pool tables, ping pong, poker table, arcade games and other games.
They hold special events which vary each month. Some of which are: pancake breakfast, Kids Club, Yappy Hour for the residents and their dogs, Yoga classes and water aerobics are offered weekly. There is a Garden Club that meets to care for the community garden which contains citrus trees and raised garden beds. This is our personal favorite!
No community is perfect or without problems that disappoint or irritate at times. For the most part people are friendly or just mind their own business. The lawn care machinery is annoyingly loud but that is not the fault of the management. Some people don't pick up after their dogs but most do. The walls seem to be well insulated so we hardly ever hear our neighbors to the side. The ceilings could have used more sound insulation because community wide we hear complaints of loud stomping/walking, moving furniture, etc. from upstairs neighbors. We addressed it with our neighbors and they have attempted to be more aware, although not perfectly, and we have pretty much gotten used to it. One of the top reasons we moved here was that it is a gated community but over the past few months there have been major issues with gates not properly locking or unlocking and people leaving them propped open. This is concerning but we understand from staff that it is being addressed by upper management soon.
So, to sum it up, we like it here, it is a great place to live.
