Its genuinely nice here. Amenities are definitely worth it. Idk why people complain about the staff, youre nice to them, theyre nice to you.

Soltra at Santan Village is where luxury meets convenience. The common areas and pool are perfect for chilling or hanging out with friends. Maintenance issues get sorted quickly, so no stress there. Plus, they throw some nice resident events, making it easy to meet new people and have a blast. Basically, Soltra is the ultimate spot for people who want a cool place to live with all the perks.

This place is amazing , my husband and I love to live here , This is the perfect spot to live , we have across the street ;main event , top golf , and SanTan mall that include the Harkins movie theater and a lot of restaurants .The amenities are amazing ;tiered pool, swim-up bar, rooftop skydeck, private poolside cabanas, two story gym , private parking garage , dog spa and dog park. The atmosphere is very good we dont have a lot of complaints, people are friendly . Staff is very well educated and friendly . I dont have nothing else to say just good things about this place Thank you Soltra landlord staff
