I just wanna say thank you for having easily findable numbers for your apartments and having lights on every single number. It makes it very easy to find your delivery driver.

Been trying to get in contact with the office for a week. Have broken glass at the bottom of my stairs thats been there for months. Golf carts all around but no one doing anything what so ever. This really isnt the place to live. The office will never resolve issues. Dont waste your money I have lived her for almost a year now and its nothing but problems. If there was a different staff this place would be better but we have had neighbors harassing us for weeks with nothing done by the office. People will ding your car, ruin your property and put nails under your tire. I hope the office staff reads this and finally decides to reach back out. But until then I imagine theyre going to continue being lazy and neglectful to the people that live here.

Nice community to live in, theyve handled any issues Ive had and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Really well kept and nice staff. Very appreciative of all the help theyve given me. EDIT** This WAS a nice place to live. new management now and honestly it was poorly managed before, but now even more so! Ive been living here for a little over a year, had to switch units half way through lease because of terrible noise issues from the floor above me. I can not wait for my lease to be up. This is certainly not luxury apartments. The pool/hot tub/ and gym are very nice and 24/7 thats cool and all. Very overpriced rent for what they have to offer and how its ran
