*their reply is fake -they never bothered to reach out to me* Lived here for 3 years (as a clean freak) and when we moved out they tried to take full advantage of us and hit us with a bunch of bogus fees. We did a deposit bond, so they attempted to run it up as much as they could. Dishonest business practices. They will try their best to make a commission off your move out, so document everything - a video recorded walk through and extensive documentation of what the place looks like before you hand over the keys, would be ideal for your sake. Document the state of your carpet especially! Check their BBB - others have had the same experience.

Lead by Frank Perez, Its evident that this community has high standards of maintenance. Although his standards are high, he is a fair manager. Frank leads by example and works well with his staff and vendors. He goes above and beyond to take care of his community and it shows. He is truly one of the hardest workers I know and its a pleasure to be an extension of his team at Highland Groves. -Michael P

I would recommend this complex to everyone! This is a place to call home. Its beautiful inside and out! You can leave your bikes out on the racks without any worries or even having to lock it up. There is security at night and its a gated community. This is definitely a stress free and clean environment. Staff and residents are very friendly. The only reason I decided to move was because the location was too far from my work.

I came in for a visit, and I spoke with Jessica and Frank & dean and they were very helpful and hospitable. This place is welcoming and it is a nice area. Definitely recommend this place. Great environment!

Matt always does a great job with repairs. The other day I had a flat tire. Matt helped me by getting an air pump from the shop and putting air into the tire so I could take the car to a shop to put on the spare tire. I really appreciated his help especially because it was im the middle of some bad weather.
