Bathroom is cramped, but towels are clean. Water is very hot, but the bath tub lacks a drain plug. I have come across this situation many times in other hotel chains lately, and suspect it has become the industry practice to discourage customers from using too much water in the sit-in bath? I have to plug in a little towel to in order to take a sit-in bath.
The big sign board outside the hotel advertises complementary "luxury breakfast", but what it has are only waffles, bagged donuts, only one kind of cereal and milk, fruit juices, Yoplait, and lousy coffee. What a joke! But the breakfast area is tall, roomy and airy, well-lighted naturally.
