Sadly, the room was a disappointment. Bed sheets had mystery stains. There was dog hair on the bed, carpet, and sofa. That already tells you that they don't wash the sheets properly. The shower was dirty as well, and to make matters worse, the shower door does not close all the way, so all the water splashes out . The room did not resemble the pictures online. Walls and ceiling were badly patch, there was excess texture on vanity and floor. The floor was all scratched up, and the carpet had stains and lots of hair. Transition molding is lifted on one corner, and I caught my toe on it! Toilet and shower repairs look horrible. Presentation is very important. Their elevators are very hot inside and smell like burt oil. If a place does not care enough to have good repairs on their own property, that tells you a lot of how they manage this place. Rooms: Horrible maintenance repairs. The pictures come to show how low quality they fix their rooms. Safety: The elevators' burt oil smell is very concerning. The transition molding in the room we stayed in is sticking out and hazardous Food & drinks: Waffle batter and scramble eggs had no flavor. The same goes with the type of syrup they use. Noteworthy details: Need to work on there cleanliness, the stained sheets and the dog hair in all the furniture and bed was very concerning
