Wonderful experience .. the snow was too much .. But the Hotel kept us very comfortable

Beds are super comfortable, the sheets are really soft, the rooms are decorated perfectly never been to a best western but will for choose the Aiden again. The hand soap in the bathroom smells so good, lobby is clean and smells great, smells like coconuts. I would choose this hotel just for the smell they have all over the hotel and comfy bed and lotion and hand wash in the bathroom. Oh and not to mention the biggest TVs Ive ever saw in a hotel room. Update: Whatever the shower products are and the lotion I want to order but cant find them online can someone specify where they are online?

Good hotel, clean rooms, nice amenities. Would be 5 stars if they allowed non-glass drinks by the pool/hot tub.

I have not stayed here yet. Making a booking with Expedia, tried to redo my booking 2 hours later with this same hotel, because I made an error on my flight. This hotel would not budge on helping me cancel to rebook!!! At their hotel!! This was my error - but considering I called within 2 hours - explained what happened & that I rebooked at THEIR SAME HOTEL ...it seems a bit shameful they couldn't make an exception..when I am still chosing Aiden by BW in Flagstaff. This is starting out as a bad experience....when it didn't need to be! Honest mistake.. zero compassion. Will see ...also put in a request for the hotel to contact me from my Expedia confirmation link.. no response after 5 days. At the minimum the hotel could call back as requested. I will review again after my stay.
