Don't stay here!!!! What a craphole!!! I am writing this from the room , and it is disgusting!!! $100 for grossness. Run away!

This hotel is extremely overpriced and not very clean. We booked the hotel without doing adequate research and when we arrived we knew we had been taken at $300 per night. (Don't assume it is a nice place because they take American Express.) The room had rust on its heating vents, dust on the AC unit, a gassy odor and was right next to two very busy streets. When we complained about the quality of the room the response was "too late, you can't cancel now." The proprietor refused to give me her name and then her husband flipped me off when I tried to take her picture. We drove two hours home to Prescott and the hotel refused to provide any any credit. The proprietor then made false reports to the Flagstaff Police and to American Express stating that I used profantites and told her that I was staying in a "cheaper hotel that night." Unless you are completely desperate, I wouldn't pay more than $49 for this hotel. Drive two hours to Phoenix and you can stay at the Marriott or Ritz for less money.

Stayed 2 nights. Bed was comfortable, heat and AC worked well, room was clean, pillows were very nice (not like many flat pillows in budget motels). In-room coffee was not at all to my liking and lobby coffee was not much better and continental breakfast was not to my liking either. I was not there for the coffee or CB however, and was really pleased with all other aspects of room including price. Would definitely stay there again and go out for coffee!!!
