ABC Motorhome & Car Rentals

I cant speak for rentals however I purchased an RV with these folks and pretty much everything has fallen off! Including the door! The windows leak and it has been a month and a half of trying to communicate with them with out resolving anything! Not only that but I tried to make a claim using the extra insurance I bought to find out they never even finished filling out paperwork so it was never even started! This is 4 months after original purchase. At this point I am emailing them everyday to try and resolve any of the issues! Im getting either no response or very vague responses that arent resolving any of the issues on the fact that the camper is literally falling apart. I had a great initial interaction which makes this even worse. I feel like I was lured into a false sense of security.

We have used them several times over the years and they continue to meet and exceed all of our needs. Great customer service and fantastic options. Most recently we have used them for van rentals and they did not disappoint. Thank you ABC for being awesome!

I've worked for ABC for over 25 years. The first maybe 10 transporting new RVs from factories and other places to Alaska. After that doing tours and shuttling RVs all over the state of Alaska.
