      image I had a hitch and wiring installed here. They were late in doing the work the day I took it in and were sloppy with the wiring install. When I got home I had a long wire dragging on the ground beneath my van, and my battery cover and a pair of wire strippers were loose inside my engine compartment. Good thing I had paid for the wiring warranty plan I took it to a different location to be done right and didnt have to pay for the labor. I have had hitches installed here before and it was fine, but I would not trust this location with my vehicle again after this experience. I gave two stars because they did install the hitch properly as far as I can tell, the wiring was the issue.

      image Pickup was easy, the equipment was there and ready on time. Set up fast, and it performed wonderfully for what I had needed. Drop off was stress free, and my experience could not have been better. Will be using this location again in future as needed.
