U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Wow. Vehicles buried in snow. My rental was actually stuck in its parking spot. No one on site to assist even though they were supposed to be open. 90 plus minutes to get out of there! NO snow broom or ice scraper provided. Plenty of other U Haul facilities in Anchorage. Pick one of those, not this one!

When we showed no one was at business. Went to check in on app and vechile wasnt assigned to me. Knocked on door no answer called business no answer. It was 12 degrees outside and we were freezing we took a Lyft to get there so we were outside. Had to call the 1800 and ended up with a covered van cause the keys to truck wasnt in lock box. Not what we wanted. The lady at 1800 number was nice understood our frustration and she handled the situation awesomely. Next time Ill pick another location to rent from. Will not be back to them

Vehicle was clean, ready to go and performed great. Very please and will be coming back to this location again in the future. The staff on the phone was friendly, fast and extremely easy to work with. Probably the best interaction I've ever had with a U-Haul representative. I recently rented a U-Haul pick up truck to haul a bed. The pick up truck was clean well-maintained. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much for making my experience quick and easy.
