Took our car in august to get a brand new alternator put in then now in janurary our car just died in the middle of the main road just to take it to a diff mechanic who said the alternator went bad. How does a brand new alternator go bad. Then when we call to talk with the people that put it in they say there is not warranty and its our problem. Worst place dont take your own parts to this shop they will definitely replace it with one thats about to go out!

I had such a great experience buying a vehicle from National Auto Group. They were very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. When I first drove on the lot no one harassed me at all so that was very nice, once I had found the vehicle I was interested in I was able to get ahold of one the sales associates easily. Once in the office we talked number and they answered all of my questions, I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences Ive had while purchasing a vehicle. Thanks again
