The whole process was fairly frustrating. The person I was dealing with was not very professional, to the point of making fun of other customers while I was waiting for my paperwork to be printed. Which, by the way, took 5 reprints before everything was correct. They also refuse to negotiate at all! The car I bought was way over the market price but I was already approved for it so I just gave up. The woman I picked up my keys from (after having to wait over the weekend because my bank did not contact me about my financing) was very sweet, however. She was very pleasant and apologetic for the issues I ran into.
Not my favorite experience and probably would not return or recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly. However I saw 2 vehicles both with pretty bad defects and very poorly detailed. Both vehicles had significant dog hair. I test drove them and had settled on one of them (on the promise the defect would be corrected) only to find that my tradein had been determined to be mechanically defunct. That said I went down the street and it was explained (seeing as Im a layman) that when a vehicle is coming up due an oil change itll make the same noise that had rendered it here mechanically lost. Too bad, lot of promise here but the first cardinal rule should be to keep vehicles super clean, and to not overthink mechanical flaws. Best of luck to them.
