They schedule me for a half-day. I bring my vehicle in the day before. They tell me theyll need it for a week as the person that needs to look at it isnt going to be available and they have no clue when he will be. Total joke. Fords are made out of aluminum and the amount of dense youll get its disgusting. And third generation Ford. And this will be the last generation. The first one was the snowbank that could easily put my foot in the second one was an older book that was in even 2 inches round. I put a video on YouTube

Wow! Best place in Town, Venber was awesome in helping get a vehicle that would work for my family.
Sissy the finance lady was amazing! She was so helpful in making sure that my payments were low and within my budge! Awesome people work at kendall!

I’ve given up with this dealership Service
Department. I bought and have owned Lincoln’s because of customer service. This is LACKING here majorly and I’m about to make a complaint directly to Lincoln. I came from Vegas and have had ZERO issues and have had Lincoln’s for 8 years. Now that we are stationed here , I’m trading it in for something else until we leave. I’ve gone in and I’ve called AND NO ONE ever calls you back from Lincoln service. It’s sad I spent so much money on a vehicle that’s supposed to have great service and it’s nonexistent . I’ve had issues for over 2 months with ZERO help from their service department. I also wanted to buy the new aviator. Nope! I’ll wait until I don’t have to deal with these people.
