I had a great experience with the staff at the Audi Anchorage dealership. This is my second car purchase from Audi of Anchorage. Salesman Jean Paul (JP) B., Sales Manager Anthony M., and Finance Manager Mike P., were all helpful with purchasing my 2022 Audi SQ5. I felt very comfortable trusting their expertise and knowledge they shared on the SQ5. Their patience with showing me multiple vehicles before my final purchase was very appreciated. Their customer service goes above and beyond while going through the entire process. I highly recommend visiting this dealership when shopping for a new or used car, especially working with JP, Anthony and Mike!

Eleazar provides outstanding service and goes the extra mile to earn your business. When I told him my goal price for a new Audi, he was persistent in his efforts to reach it in talks with his superiors even several days after I had left the dealership. He was quick to respond to requests for information and always followed-up in a timely manner. More than that, however, he was interested in building a personal customer relationship, not just in earning a commission.

3/13/2022 Used car prices in town are so inflated that its hard to even consider buying when youre on a budget. BUT Kendall Audi came through. Starting with Eleazar. He worked out a deal with his managers that I couldnt refuse. After visiting 9 different car dealerships I almost gave up but Eleazar did not. So I bought a car for a great price that I know was the best deal in town hands down!!! Thank you Kendall for guys like Eleazar that know people like me can only afford so much and have a very strict budget. Eleazar respected my request and my budget and now my mama is driving this awesome beautiful new used car!!! Thank You so much. I have to say this was the most seamless process for me. I reached out to Car Salesman, Eleazar Torino and let him know of my situation and he painted a picture of reality, but in the most respectful and honest way. The challenges of the pandemic have effected day to day life for me and it was time to pull the plug for a second vehicle. Not what anyone wants to deal with already, but the team: Eleazar, Sales Manager, Herman Olaes, and Finance Director, Luis Mangandi, all went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. This team had clear communication of all scenarios and made it an easy transaction. One happy customer here! I'd recommend Kendall Audi's team any day!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever - I recently purchased a 2022 A6 Allroad Prestige from Audi of Anchorage. I am an out of state buyer and required the car to be shipped to my home, initially by ship then by truck transport.any concerns I had about the long distance purchase were quickly put to rest. From my first call to the dealership, purchasing the car, the dealership arranging shipping to the final delivery of my car less than three weeks later, every aspect of the purchase was handled in the most professional, efficient and convenient way possible. Salesman Eleazar Torino was always available to answer calls and provided excellent customer service, sending pictures and keeping me posted of the status of my delivery - his service was above and beyond any previous sales representative at other dealerships I have worked with in the past. The Finance Director,Luis Mangandis efficiency was outstanding, over the telephone by email and overnight courier, he organized the title paperwork with accuracy and thoroughness. In addition to regular contact with Eleazar and Luis, I also received a follow up call from sales manager Herman Oakes to answer any questions I might have and to provide his contact information in case the need came up. It is a refreshing change to receive total customer service at all stages of the transaction. I have purchased several Audi vehicles in the last 25 years but can say that this was the first purchase where I absolutely believe my interests were being placed first. Without hesitation I recommend Audi of Anchorage for a vehicle purchase, no matter the final destination of the car. Audi of Anchorage made it easy for me and Im confident that this is the way they treat all their customers!
