the worst customer service! paid in cash and 14 hours later STILL no service!

It was quiet when I arrived, and the gentleman that helped me was nice, and the home internet was easy to set up. It's nearly eight months later and for an average household for average internet usage, I haven't had issues since.

The lady that was trying to help me was extremely rude she made fun of my name which apparently was too ethnic for her. She would not help me with my emergency broadband benefits. She told me to call the Ebb customer service line and got very rude with me and was like "wow I'm just going to help other people then because obviously I can't help you until you do what you need to do!" getting a huge attitude with me I was like well lady what is your problem? And then she told me I needed to file a new account which wasn't even true because I've already been approved and then she called me and my emails a liar. I sat in that store for over an hour and a half waiting on hold for the people to answer from customer service. I waited an hour and a half and when the phone was finally answered the lady was like will you need a hold on a moment and promptly hung up on me. I was so furious I had to just leave because I was going to cuss somebody out (I didn't.)
