        My daughter and I did a walkthrough tour with Kiana and she was absolutely amazing!!! She has the best personality with an upbeat and positive attitude!! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions! We cant wait for our daughter to live here and be a member of this community!! Roll Tide!!

        This place is awful. I have had my ceiling leak into my kitchen, bugs are infesting my kitchen, and police are being called constantly. I am concerned about my health and safety.

        This place is absolutely evil. They take advantage of college students who need a more affordable place to live. Every single day in this building is a new problem: bug infestations, leaks, broken appliances, mold, etc. and the building managers do absolutely nothing about it. The hallways and garages are disgusting and covered in mold, theres sometimes human and dog feces in said hallways that take weeks or months to be cleaned. NEVER LIVE HERE!

        Absolutely worse place to live/ send your student to live. There is blood on apartment walls, roach and mice infestations that they will not handle nor deal with. Maintenance will take weeks to answer/respond to requests. Do NOT live here
