Don't ever sign a lease with this company. The management and ownership seems to be a one man rinky dink operation, which is apparently too small and unmotivated to get anything done. The living arrangements are much worse than they appear. Only lease from Old Row if you would like to have mold, no ice, and no water all year. With your A/C never being accurate or rarely functioning, you will also be sitting in your own pool of sweat waiting for your fridge to get fixed so you can have water to drink. My place had minor damage and the landlord decided to change his rates by 5x for the itemized damage after his own estimate, in order to nickle and dime every cent he can from our lease. He also is charging us for a window that was broken when we arrived, even though we requested it be fixed on our first day of the lease. This window also caused a tenant to have a very poorly insulated and cold room during the entire winter.

UPDATE: Came back at the end of summer to find my whole house/ room molded when leaving air conditioning on. When telling my landlord this, he promised to start treatment right away but LIED. Instead he came into my room when I was not home and wiped off any surface mold he saw; little did he know there was mold in every draw I opened, covered every article of clothing/shoes, and was all over my bed. Not only did he lie, but he promised to give me a free month of rent (which still does not cover half of the damage) and still has charged me full rent every month. Now, in October, we are finding MORE mold and our land lord is ignoring our messages. Do NOT live here. Past review: So many problems with my house. Appliances continuously break and nothing ever gets fixed unless you ask 100x and even then sometimes the landlord won’t send anyone over. I would not suggest people to live here.
