Brookstone Apartments

Don’t be fooled by the model apartment. These are Small one bed room apartments. The paint jobs are not good at all. They literally have just painted over holes etc that were already there. My stove was too close to the wall and unable to be moved so it hit the wall every time I opened the oven. The AC unit is an old one as well. It is hard to get in contact with staff that will actually help you here. The landlord was difficult to work with and get in contact with at times. It is suitable for someone living alone or seniors, but there are better one bedrooms worth $611+. These have been here since 1974 and have barely been renovated. So Other than being stuck in this one year lease I enjoyed being out here it is quiet and near a cool outlet!

The location is great its close to everything, I love the laundry room, but the walls are very thin and I had neighbors who argued every night keeping my son up other than that I loved it there.

The staff and the location are INCREDIBLE! Maintenance is timely and helpful. We love living at Brookstone!

These apartments are super cute! The price for the amount of space and the nice location is awesome. I really enjoyed living here my senior year at UA. There is a nice green space that is well kept with two grills for use and nice tables. My neighbors were really sweet, and anytime I needed something fixed or looked at maintenance was fast and polite. Brendan, the leasing manager, was welcoming and friendly! He was always available when I needed to get in touch and he responds quickly to emails. Brookstone feels safe because there is a security guard on the premise most nights especially weekends. First floor apartments usually deal with some amount of bug issue, and Brookstone addressed that by having the apartments sprayed on Friday afternoons in warm weather, which was a huge plus for me.
