The Mosaic Tuscaloosa

We have had a great experience so far. Other then maintenance is a little slower then other places. However, we have not had any issues with the leasing staff. I would recommend!

The people that were working on the unit above us were banging so hard a picture frame fell off the wall and broke and the management didnt do anything. They have thrown away my things that were right in front of my front door but left bags of trash on the porch of adjacent units. Came into my unit when i was not here with pretty much notice to change my door handle. I could go on but you get the point. Really bad management dont be fooled by the pretty pictures online.

Today I had what I considered an emergency maintenance issue and the leasing manager and property manager assured that maintenance would be to my unit and they did exactly that.

Ive been living here for 2 years now and even through changes in ownership and management, Ive had nothing but great experiences!! The women that work at the office are SENSATIONAL at what they do. Always kind, always accommodating, and always helpful. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a great place to live in Tuscaloosa!

Recently moved to this property. Stormi and Marquetta have been noting but kind and super helpful. My unit is also amazing and look like the pictures. This may be one of the better places to stay here in Tuscaloosa.
