My House on 13th

I have really likes my time at MH! The maintenance team is genuinely the whole reason I love it here. They are always quick and considerate when we have an issue. The front office is not always so kind and welcoming whenever we come to them for some things, which is disheartening! Nevertheless, we are staying and will enjoying seeing Stephen around!

It does the job. However, the rent is so high for no reason. I can say Stephen (the maintenance guy) is the best. He always helps us out and fixes things in a timely manner. Each unit is different which is confusing. It looks like they ran out of supplies and just randomly started filling the houses (some cabinets are brown and some are white). The baseboards dont go all the way down to the floor. Weve also had a problem with ants in our living room. There are a lot of things that couldve be done differently but it could be worse.

I've enjoyed my time here at My House on 13th, but I can't lie and say there are some things I don't like about living here. I will say if you are going to sign a new lease it's not worth $1,500/month when you can rent a house down the street for $850/month. The price isn't truly worth it. I will say the maintenance crew has been absolutely phenomenal. Steven has been our main guy who often comes to fix issues and he has always been nothing but kind and helpful!

Amazing place to live! Been living here for 2 years and would not change it for anything! Super clean and modern living. Amazing management- we absolutely love Marybeth, Vic and Morgan. Maintenance is amazing as well as they will fix anything within a day or two.

Ive lived here for 3 years and it is the best place to live in tuscaloosa. Best property with amazing management and staff
