    We were looking for a place to live when we move to Tuscaloosa and we ultimately chose this property. They were in the beginning stages of making it into a gated community, which is always a plus. The apartment that we toured ended up being fully renovated and everything had a nice open layout. I may update this review later to reflect our personal experience with the place after we've moved in. But all in all this place is in a good location far enough off the road or you don't really hear people flooring it up and down skyland boulevard and it's within proximity of both Walmarts in Tuscaloosa. You have easy access to get to the highways. And the only real problem I have with it is the rent is way too high. They also require that you have a high enough credit score, a 650, so if you are looking to rent make sure you meet that criteria. Be prepared to pay almost $1,000 a month though.

    When I moved in the rent was $900 a month. Today it is averaging $925 a month. Im appalled because this location has no amenities IE. No linen closet, No reserved parking, No Playground, No pool, and No Fitness/Computer Room. The other location that they manage on Crabtree road averages $1100 a month and they have a pool if that matters. Also, if you cant move out at the end of your lease, you have to sign another year lease with them. Also, they dont let you make it to the end of the month without paying rent (regardless of your history) before they start the eviction process. I havent bit$#ed a fit about the hot water not working in my bathroom in the hallway since they tried to fix it twice 8 months ago, so my kids use my bathroom dailybut they had no patience for me a single mom of two adopted children receiving no support from the fathers or the government. Move in at your own risk.
