Air-conditioning unit in my son's bedroom is making a very annoying high pitched sound! Not pleasant at all! I would not want to have to sleep there.

We live in this place, and will soon move to another. Our rented apartment was new and before that no one lived in it. After three months of rent, the oven door broke, we called and wrote Allied Realty but they fed us promises. So our oven stood idle for about 2.5 months, until I turned to a law firm, after a call from lawyers, the manager called back and the next day the workers ran in, who repaired everything in 5 minutes. In addition to all this, six outlets initially did not work in the apartment, we left a request for repair, but the workers came and said it works. Upon returning from work in the evening, I checked and the sockets were not repaired. My lawyer solved this problem too. Toward the end of the lease, they renewed the contract for another year without my permission and raised the price. I talked with the manager and she said that she could not do anything and was forced to stay in this apartment. I had to write a document of disagreement, as a result, we terminated the contract, which I did not conclude with them, they automatically extended my contract. This place is good because the apartments are new, but in my case the apartment was unfinished and constantly breaking down. There is a train nearby and the train constantly buzzing, next to which firefighters and an ambulance with a sound siren go. There are no communications, such as a pool or sports hall. They took a deposit of $ 1,000 from us upon arrival at the apartment, this is a huge deposit! At the end of the move, they will take $ 250 from you for cleaning, apparently the agency is going to wash the apartment with golden mops.
