Blue Haus

Got assigned to stay here for a work assignment. the bedroom is basically in the street and you can hear everything from the cars to the conversation in the units above you. Plus my toilet sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen; the maintenance guys cant work on it unless youre there physically so Im just gonna step on towels until they find the time. Also the oven sets the fire alarm off the minute you open it unless you open the door to outside and have the fan running and only open it in small increments.

Worst apartment complex. Ever. Trash in the dumpster is piled up so much that they bring in another dumpster and sit it in the middle of the parking lot until both are overflowing. Had an issue with the property manager, and Ross says "I don't know what you want me to do with that information. I have to stand up for my employees." This was his response to his employee telling people what apartment complex I live at. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. Another one of Ross' employees then called my ROOMMATE to tell her that I wasn't going to be allowed to renew my lease because of the downstairs neighbor. Never was I contacted about this, and then when I called Ross acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. STAY AWAY. Rachel Hill and Ross are the worst!!!!!
