2700 Capitol Park Apartments

I love living at 2700 Capital Park! The apartment units are so nice, with open space, modern appliances, lots of natural light. Its also in the perfect location, close enough to downtown to walk but also away enough so that it is quiet. The management is also wonderful! They are friendly and very responsive to needs. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I moved into this apartment complex when it first opened and continued to live there for 6+ years until I relocated. Loved the layout of the apartment, the amenities, and the location. The management and maintenance staff were always friendly and any repairs were taken care of quickly. The only downside was the poor noise insulation from the neighbors. But I would still recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area. Loved my time there!

Super friendly staff, clean communal areas and excellent apartments. Great location but sadly lacking a sauna facility which would be worth the extra $2 a month. Also need to get that pool heated for winter.

2700 Capitol Park is a gem in Tuscaloosa. As a resident, you can expect that the standards of cleanliness, maintenance, community respect will remain high. The location is hard to beat. The building is close to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The staff go above and beyond to ensure clear and effective communication, and they care about the residents (which can be hard to find in rental properties). The amenities are as wonderful as they look online. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Since moving into my loft at 2700 Capitol Park in Tuscaloosa, I consider it the best move Ive ever made. My loft have plenty of space and contains all the modern conveniences in appliances, lighting, etc. The many safety features in the loft, and throughout the Neighborhood makes me feel very safe and secure. All of the common amenities are very modern, and they are kept in A-1 condition. The 2700 Capitol Park community is very quiet, and my neighbors are all very friendly. As a retired educator, I appreciate that very much, as well as the friendliness and respect shown by all management and staff. The management team is very competent, knowledgeable, and helpful in so many ways. Maintenance requests have always been handled promptly and very satisfactorily. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are very efficient in taking care of the neighborhood. I plan to spend the rest of my life on this earth at 2700 Capitol Park Lofts in Tuscaloosa. The management and staff team has, and continue to make this community an enjoyable place to live. Recently, I had three major maintenance issues solved by the team in three business days. All to my satisfaction. Kudos to management and staff for all you do. You are a great team.
