Upon move in our unit had no working AC, no warm water, we were missing our tv, and our keys to both the front and back door did not work. After almost two weeks of complaints we finally got keys that worked and warm water but still did not have a fully working AC. Finally when we thought all problems were resolved we began to have a cockroach problem, put in multiple maintenance requests nobody ever came. We handled cockroaches on our own. Had broken blinds for over a month which we had to put multiple maintenance requests in for. Now we've been putting in maintenance requests for our broken back door handle for over two months, continuously marked as completed even though no one has come to fix it. Finally the most recent problem, woke up one morning to a swarm of hundreds of flying black bugs called the maintenance line early in the morning (around 10am) to inform them of the issue and they assured me they would mark the issue as urgent, skip forward (around 8pm) I have now put in 3 maintenance requests and called 3 times and still no one has showed up, the bugs are still coating my window sill, curtain, all in the blinds and even into my carpet and my urgency to get this problem has been expressed multiple times yet no help has been received.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Dont let the bad reviews fool you they are under new staff! Super clean and updated facilities
