Not the best service all in all it's acceptable

I recently went to the Cspire in Semmes, in the shopping center beside Walmart. Do not go to this Cspire. They are an independent dealer and no other Cspire will work with them, the other Cspire said they were not even affiliated with this store. The Cspire that told me this would not even take back an OtterBox case, I purchased the day before @ the Semmes store & I had my receipt. And he said o we don't do business with this store, they are independent and I can't help you. The Semmes store had no phones displayed. Only one employee was in there, and although tech support recommended me going there, the employee could not understand why they had sent me there, because they don't do anything. There's nothing they can help you with. And she would not budge @ all. I asked even I as I looked around and seen the store was empty, how long have you been open? The woman said a year. I don't think so.Sorriest Cspire I've ever been to. So disappointed to go out of my way and be treated so poorly!
