This was the first time coming to the Semmes, Al location, and I came in needing a new phone. I called a different store to see about a deal for my phone earlier that day, but I dropped in to the most closest store I could find. Unfortunately, the store I called just wanted to make sale and left out a couple of details to get the deal. If it wasnt for Ms.Sarah working that day I wouldve been walking around with a broke phone. She was very kind and a great problem solver even when I was a little frustrated. Shes definitely the person to see for good customer service .

Semmes cricket is the absolute best store ever! Bubba, Katie and Edith is the best team ever at this location they go over and beyond to help their customers I highly recommend this location to my friends and family!

I went to cricket yesterday to add a line, Bubba helped me, he is one of a kind. He is a great manager, hands-down. If you guys need anything with your phone done, go to him. I will tell you this if I have to go to Cricket or have anything to do with Cricket with my service he is the only one that I will go to. Katie was there as well really sweet girl.
