      image Went in 03/09/2024 to try to open up a phone line the guy who was working told us to come back in the morning because they close in a half hour and wouldnt be able to get us done in time. I watched him from the time I pulled in he was playing on his phone and didnt want to help us. As a person who works in sales that wasnt not a pleasant experience.

      image I came into the store to make a payment. They didnt say Hi welcome to AT&T, are you making a payment or do you need a new phone? Because they were busy I asked after a few minutes if there was a kiosk I could pay on. The girl said no. Then she asked Jeremy to take a payment. They should be questioning me when I walk in the door. Also I would like to know about this taxation. Why am I being taxed for having a phone? A few other companies dont tax.
