When good intentions go bad. I called myself trying to support an actual gaming store instead of going to Target or Walmart for a gift for my son. Went in looking for a physical copy of a game. Was told they didnt have it, but that they had the digital version. I proceed to buy the digital version only to find out shortly after that I paid at least 50% more than the game is by buying it digitally. I end up not even giving my son the game until this is rectified at the store where I am told they do not do refunds or adjustments on digital games even though the game has not been downloaded, accessed or anything. If I would have known this I would not have purchased it in this way. This is shady, scam-like practices and I absolutely resent that it was not stated before my purchase. Additionally, I feel even more disgusted by the fact that I went specifically to this store with the intention of going to a place that specializes in games and not just another big box store, that I have made many purchases in the past from. Sickening!!!!
