Alexis in shoes helped me find the perfect shoes for my nieces prom, the staff there is so kind. although i will say there is one lady who talks so rudely to her coworkers in that department!!!! it was absolutely disgusting.. and the gnats were horrible.. the store is absolutely beautiful though!!! it would be better with out having to swat ur head every three seconds because gnats are in your eyes and mouth!!.

From out of town and stopped by or rather was dropped off by friends who didn't want to walk around- too bad cause I scored a beautiful pair of blue suede boots - great for Pennsylvania weather which is where I live. So nice that I went back again and scored two more pair of boots for a great price. Very happy with my purchases. Side note - I have never encountered a bad employee at this store- they were all wonderful.

gnats were horrible, they landed in my drink and one flew in my eye while at the fragrance counter. they seriously need to do something abt this. the place is INFESTED.

Liz and Joy in the Clinique dept are absolute dolls. They were so nice knowledgeable and helpful. They did any and everything to answer questions and assist with my decision and purchase.

I like Dillards. High quality clothes. Prices are a little high but the sale racks are normally good prices.
