The sheets were clean. However, this property is not convenient. It is not within walking distance of anything except a burger place right outside. My room (511) had a, clearly broken, counter and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The front desk and maintenance seemed surprised. I did make sure to tell at least 3 front desk staff members. The floor was very dirty. I had to request that it be mopped. The tables in the dining area was not the cleanest on any of the 3 mornings we dined.

The only reason I have it a 4 was because of the HIGH Bistro prices! Seriously...$5.50 for a 20oz bottle of water or a soft drink? The Bistro prices are comparable to airport prices. Outrageous. The rooms were clean and very nice, service was exceptional, but the food prices are the main reason I would not stay there again.

After staying in some 10 Marriott Bonvoy hotels in the USA, this was the worst. The receptionist (elderly male) gave us the wrong key to our room and blamed us for the mistake after telling us the wrong way to get to our room, which required use to carry 2 large suitcases down stairs and then provided us with the furtherest room from the elevator. We had to carry our bags an extra 50 metres to get to our correct room. As Bonvoy guests we were not offered any points and had to ask. The room was dirty, and the lounge stained. The pillows were like marshmallow. Our view for our upgraded room was looking in the backyard of neighbouring properties. We booked the hotel because it was close to restaurants. Yes it is if you drive say 5 minutes. Perhaps the worst experience, we have had especially considering we are Bonvoy Platinum Elite status guests. Never again. I would recommend The Loft which is in a better location and have far more friendlier front desk staff.
