The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. You never enter or leave without being pleasantly greeted.

The new hours of opening at 8 am on weekends is very lame. Now I can't work out on weekends. So much for being a "24 hrs" fitness.

I would give this place 4 stars if they would AT LEAST stay open until 11. They close at 10 Monday-Thursday and even earlier Friday-Sunday

love the gym steam sauna. The men's showers are MOLDY, and outdated. Please have the staff bleach the shower stalls with bleach.....This is a serious health issue.
