Some of the employees are rude and there was a mix-up with my bill they were overcharging me and when I called to talk about it they will hang up on me they got my bill all mixed up and they are trying to charge me an extra $101 when my bill should be paid in full I called spoke with a young lady and she tried to explain to me that whatever business I had talked to with customer service that they shouldn't have handle it the way they did so since they did it that way I owe extra money I have been filming and I got this car like February 21st through March the 5th I do good business with them I always keep it a long time but not anymore stay away from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on main Street in college Park
