        Avis did not provide the car reserved. The replacement was a smaller class. The car had not been cleaned, needed wiper fluid and an oil change. We returned the car after one day of a one week rental, and were charged $292 to rent a Jeep Compass for one day. Not exactly trying harder.

        Devon was awesome. 2nd rental at the Marriott Lenox location and service Wes impeccable. Will rent here over and over.

        Do not rent from this location. Worst service ever. They canceled my reservation with no reason provided. Guy working the counter would not help me find another vehicle because the closest location was closing. Very rude and dismissive.
