These people are lying, I come in always around the same time during the week 12pm and there is always only two people working, one at the teller station the other a manager, which is sad because its located in the heart of the city.

New to Atlanta and the bank is same as downtown. Definitely wasn't helpful to me today. Dont greet you when walkin in' I'll pass not coming back to this bank.

Poor service. George was less than respectful.
I was not pleased with my visit to this branch today. I walked to this branch since it is my neighborhood to cash a check. I was not able to cash the check due to normal bank processes since the check was newly cut and needed to be verified. I am ok with that as I am familiar with the processes. I however, am not ok with George demanding that I take a seat outside of his office and not explaining what he needed and why I was waiting. Then when I approached him to ask, I was met with his sharp tone and was told to again have a seat outside of his office as if he is not working on MY TRANSACTION. I do not feel I was treated with respect and I suggest you choose a different branch if you would like to be treated fairly. (I planned to open an account with the bank today as well, Shame.)
