I applied for a job here, and spoke with Amber. Be warned, she is completely unprofessional. She complained about her body hurting her during the interview, was very vague about openings and available shifts, and was completely discourteous during whole conversation. She never smiled nor seemed interested in conducting the interview. I would not recommend working or applying at the Madison Hwy Valdosta, Ga location. The other workers are not welcoming, nor greet you with enthusiasm. It's always the same monotone, "Welcome to Pilot." This is a toxic work location for people who enjoy a welcoming workplace. Don't waste your time, there is a better job out there.

I wish they would keep the kiosh machine working, it's always broken here. If you need a older fuel ticket, you can't get one at the register. You need the kiosh to get it. How hard is it to keep paper in it. And keep it working, makes for long lines when it's down. Here's a update 2am in the morning no showers available. All the employees standing around. Finally got a shower no Soap. Just keep on going down to exit 2 the Flying j. They alway have showers always have soap. I hope some one from the corporate office reads this. Fire everyone and start over here.

Points and rewards cards it's beyond me I had filled up in Cleveland Tennessee with fuel and needed a shower. I really just woke up. Travis was at the helm of the register and could not figure out. I guess my phone number didn't work so I gave him the card I had used the day before I thought I did at cleveland, they took my information for sure. I should've had a shower on there.
We conversed about it. It shows several of my names I said it's the one all the way to the right the ordeal took about 10 minutes they could not figure it out, but we were able to get me in contact with corporate and solve the issue to get the shower, Tiffany , let me in the right direction. Thanks Travis for trying to help. Sabrina was moving around checking on the store she was involved. I was explaining to her how much these employees that these truckstops have to deal with. It's unreal. I really appreciate you guys.
