      image One employee at the bank, cannot pronounce his name, but he is an older gentleman and works at SunTrust. Sorry to say but he does not always understand what I tell him and puts me and my daughter's money in the wrong account!! Eventhough I told him what to do, he still did it wrong. I am loosing trust in my bank because of this person and feel like I want to move on to another bank!!!!!

      image Merging with Suntrust was a terrible choice for BBT. I have been so happy with them until the merge. Today was the final straw and I will be moving to a new bank. This Truist is a joke.

      image Everything takes to long. I have been with SunTrust forever but now I feel like going to another bank because they merged with BB&T. I never liked them. I lost my confidence because they take too much time to do anything. It should take a few minutes to take care of cashing or transferring money, not with BB&T. I am glad Rhonda, Janie are still there.
