If you decide you want to move here, make sure that you do not meet the leasing agent, Timur Baudarbekov. I will now write my reasons by sharing what I sent to him confronting the situation. "The moment I walked in, all excited with my friend, you showed nothing but disdain in your attitude, facial expressions and tone of voice. You sighed 8 times in the 7 minute brief conversation we had where you were unable to answer my or my friend's questions about the apartment honestly (24 hour holding period on an apartment?). When I shared one small concern about the fees, you immediately attempted to insult me by asking if I have tried areas, where you know very well that are considered "cheap" for people who have grown up in Northern Virginia. I honestly don't care that you mentioned those areas, as I would not have to deal with the likes of you, but the issue was that you scoffed and smirked when making that remark. I, with my already little patience, held back my words as I feared that you would retaliate in not allowing me to see other equity apartments. I have seen another equity apartment today, and I have already shared my situation with you to them and they have assured me that I would be safe enough to see the rest of the equity apartment complexes without your hand in it. I originally did not want to look at the apartment because of your attitude, but I didn't want to lose the opportunity of seeing a good home, so I reluctantly agreed to see the place. I gave you my license and off I went. The apartment was nice. I come down and you have LOCKED the leasing office doors (that are glass doors, so you can literally see me struggling to get in). You don't look up for half a minute of me attempting to come in and knock on my door. Then you finally get up, open the door, not even bringing your head out and ask if I need anything. To that I asked for my license and you pointed out that you gave it to "her", the woman at the front desk. You were beyond unapproachable and unprofessional. This will be mentioned in my review because no person should live in a home where they can't even feel comfortable with the people that work there." I almost gave up on all the equity complexes, but thank God I didn't because I found some really good people in multiple other ones.

No, no, no, no. Pathological landlord. seriously no and I would avoid Equity REIT.
